A Planner Who Truly Brings the Vision to Life We've had the pleasure of working with Taylor and the White Willow Events team on multiple occasions, and every single time, they impress us. Most recently, we worked together at Caitlin and Jake's wedding at the Scottish Rite Consistory, where I provided the DJ entertainment while Taylor led the planning and coordination. We've also partnered on other events, including one where her team handled the planning and we provided the photo booth experience. No matter the event, the result is always the same: a beautifully executed celebration and a happy client. What stands out most about Taylor is her ability to lead with confidence while keeping every detail organized and intentional. From the design and planning to the overall guest experience, her team does an incredible job bringing their couples' vision to life. Kacey and the entire White Willow team made our wedding planning process and wedding day so special, stress free, and beautiful. Kacey is incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. No matter what question came up, she always had a thoughtful recommendation or answer that helped us feel confident moving forward. On our wedding day, Connor and I were able to truly enjoy ourselves because Kacey had everything handled. We never had to worry about timelines, logistics, or any of the little details. She was always nearby making sure things stayed on track, checking that we had a drink, removing my veil, bustling my dress, and taking care of things before we even realized they needed attention. Our families and we are so grateful for all of her hard work, guidance, and support throughout the entire process. She played such a big role in making our wedding day everything we hoped it would be!🩵

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Amanda and Kacey and the rest of the White Willow team truly made our wedding days one of the best days of our lives! Amanda was a fantastic planner, she was so great at communicating during the planning process and during the day of the wedding, she made me so relaxed and happy. I genuinely didn’t have to worry about a thing! Kacey brought my entire vision to life in the best way. The decor at my wedding was better than anything I could’ve imagined!! She truly understood what we wanted for our wedding and went above and beyond. Anyone who plans a wedding should reach out to White Willow!! They’re the best!

Choosing to book with White Willow was such an amazing decision for our wedding. We had a day-of coordinator, Rachel, as well as some decor and florals through them. They helped us figure out details we never even had thought of and we left every conversation/meeting we had with them feeling better and more excited than when we went into it. Booking with White Willow was definitely money well spent, and we can't imagine our day without them! Their commitment to making our day run so smoothly allowed us to be present and stress-free through the entire process. Specifically Rachel really went above and beyond on our day and was so helpful!

White Willow was absolutely AMAZING! My wedding and reception was so beautiful and Alex brought my vision to life perfectly. The process was super easy and relaxing for me as a bride. I showed Alex some Pinterest photos and described what I wanted and she did the rest! Amanda was our coordinator and she went above and beyond. She made sure everything ran smoothly, was so kind and fun to work with, and made our day stress free! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with White Willow.
